Delete your account

Under India's DPDP Act you can delete your account and personal data at any time. Sign in and it takes about a minute.

How it works

  1. 1. Sign in and go to Account settings.
  2. 2. We email you a code to confirm it's really you.
  3. 3. Your account is hidden straight away, and permanently deleted after 14 days.
  4. 4. Changed your mind? Sign in any time in those 14 days and click "Keep my account".

Deleting your account removes your profile, enquiries, requirements and listings. Reviews you wrote stay visible to help other buyers, but show as "Deleted user" — your name is not attached. Indian law (IT Rules 2021) requires us to keep your registration details in a sealed, encrypted archive for 180 days, which no staff member can read and which is then destroyed automatically.
